Hello, I’m Kaila!
Student, Photographer, fashion lover *mmm…shopoholic (but only for a bargain), and aspiring fashion designer (okay, I’m a seamstress).
Taking photos is one of my favorite things to do, and if I could do it everyday, I absolutely would! While taking photos, I am constantly reminded of God’s unexplainable love and beauty. He creates the most delightful things, in which I am forever in awe, and I want to remember as much of it as I possibly can! Through photography, I am able to spend time with new people and get to get to know the hearts that God loves so dearly, and for those moments I am so grateful. I hope that in my photographs, you can see through your quirks and insecurities, and feel beautiful. Because your Creator made you in His perfect image.
A couple years ago, I found out that another passion of mine is sewing, as I went to school to receive my Seamstress Certification. I know, you’re probably now imaging me as a short gray-haired woman with glasses, a lot of cats and a mug of tea in hand at all times…not true. Okay I’m kinda short, occasionally wear my blue glasses and I love green tea but oh well, I’m slightly cool, I promise..
I am currently living on top of a mountain in the clouds (no lie) of GA, just bordering Chattanooga, TN, where I have been incredibly blessed with the opportunity to continue my education at Covenant College with my vunderbar (it’s german, look it up) boyfriend of 6 years, JP. There’s actually SEASONS!?!?! I’m basically freezing to death as I’m a FL girl and my opinion of freezing is 50 degrees. But, I finally get to wear all my wintery clothes that were hiding in the back of my closet hardly ever seeing the light of day. I get to LAYERRR which I love doing, and wear boots and scarves every day, so that’s fun for me.
Anyways, thanks for stopping by! I wanted a place where I could share some of the shenanigans I’m up to; I basically love to create like..anything and everything, so there will be some of that, lot’s of pictures, and other fashion related things to inspire and enjoy! Oh, and I can’t be a shopoholic anymore because I have to save all my dollars for school, so I’m sure I’ll be sharing all about style and fashion as a poor college student! Ahaa okidoki well see ya!
